Shanghai Pudong International Airport liquid rules: 100 ml limit

What this means at Shanghai Pudong International Airport

• Airport group states: "For international or regional flights, liquid items should be carried in containers of no more than 100mL each, and these containers must be placed inside a transparent, resealable plastic bag with a maximum total capacity of 1L. Each passenger is allowed only one bag per flight, and any excess must be checked in as baggage."
• For domestic flights, liquid items in carry-on baggage are prohibited, except cosmetics, toothpaste and shaving cream for personal use during the flight (one item per type, no more than 100 mL per container, subject to inspection; toothpaste and shaving cream no more than 100 g or mL).
• Duty-free liquids transferring from an international or regional flight to a domestic flight must come with the shopping receipt, in a sealed, undamaged transparent plastic bag, and be confirmed by security screening; if you leave the control area they must be checked in.
• Liquid dairy products necessary for infants and liquid medications for patients with diabetes or other medical conditions can be carried after security confirmation.
• Liquid items bought or obtained within the airport control area or on the aircraft can be carried as long as they remain within the control area.
