- Cabin bag dimensions are given by Aer Lingus as Height 55cm / Width 40cm / Depth 24cm, maximum 10kg (22lb).
- Small personal item examples: small handbag, laptop, duty free or baby changing bag.
- On North America flights all passengers get the 10kg cabin bag plus personal item at no charge.
- No weight limit is published for the small personal item - recorded as null.
- Powders carried to the US are limited to 350g/350ml/12oz unless packed in checked baggage.
- Bags exceeding the limits must be checked in and the relevant bag fee applies.
Liquids
Aer Lingus states that EU security rules on liquids, gels and aerosols in cabin baggage apply; it does not restate the 100ml / 1-litre bag figures on its baggage page.
