Marseille Provence Airport liquid rules: 100 ml limit
Flying from Marseille? The verdict, the airport's own wording and its source link are below. Checked 27 October 2026 against the airport's own website. Same rules for hand luggage and carry-on.
Marseille Provence states that liquids, aerosols and gels must be in containers of 100 ml or 100 g at most, inside a transparent resealable 20 x 20 cm plastic bag of no more than 1 litre.
| Liquid container limit | 100 ml limit |
| Clear plastic bag needed | Yes |
| Liquids can stay in your bag | Not stated |
| Laptops can stay in your bag | Not stated |
What this means at Marseille Provence Airport
- The airport's help-centre answer is in French. It says containers must have "une capacité maximale de 100 millilitres ou 100g" and go in "un sac refermable 20cmX 20cm en matière plastique transparent d’une capacité ne dépassant pas 1 litre".
- The volume or weight must be printed on the container ("doit apparaître sur le contenant"). If it is missing, the airport says the product will be refused by default.
- Medicines and baby food are accepted in the quantity needed for the flight ("en quantité nécessaire pendant la durée du vol").
- The page does not say whether the bag or laptops must come out of your cabin bag, so we show those as not stated.
