• FIGURES NOT CONFIRMED: Cathay Pacific no longer publishes cabin baggage dimensions or weight as static text on its website. The official carry-on FAQ states only the piece count and directs customers to the dynamic Baggage Calculator, whose values are served from an API keyed to route, cabin class and membership tier. Dimensions and weight are therefore recorded as null rather than guessed.
• Customers with a reserved seat are entitled to one piece of carry-on baggage and one additional small item.
• Small items include small handbags, laptop bags, small backpacks, camera bags or briefcases. No dimensions are published for the small item.
• Other necessary items such as a small camera or a walking stick may also be carried on board.
• Cathay states that the carry-on baggage allowance varies by cabin class and Cathay membership tier, so Economy figures cannot be stated as a single value from the published pages.
• If a ticket involves flights marketed or operated by another airline, Cathay directs customers to check the cabin baggage allowance with that partner airline.
• Infant and duty free cabin allowances are not stated on the carry-on allowance page.
• Cathay does not state whether wheels and handles are included in the measurement.

Liquids

Liquids, aerosols and gels are limited to 100 ml for each item, carried in one resealable, transparent plastic bag of no more than 1 litre capacity per passenger, with the bag no larger than 20 cm / 8 inches in height and width, presented separately at security screening.
