Loganair hand luggage and carry-on rules
- Fly and Fly Flex fares: a bag up to 6 kg free of charge, plus a small handbag.
- Fly Flex + fares: a bag up to 6 kg free of charge, plus a small handbag and a slimline laptop bag.
- Loganair says the cabin luggage must weigh under 6 kg and not exceed 40 cm x 35 cm x 18 cm, so that it fits in an overhead bin or under your seat.
- On certain flights it may be necessary to put cabin luggage in the hold; it will be returned to you at the bottom of the steps on arrival.
- Loganair publishes no size for the small handbag or the laptop bag, so we show the personal item size as 'not published'.
- Hold luggage: Fly 15 kg (21 kg total allowance with the 6 kg cabin bag), Fly Flex 23 kg, Fly Flex + up to 30 kg. Routes to Tiree, Campbeltown, Barra and the Orkney inter-isles: total luggage allowance of up to 15 kg across unlimited pieces, and passengers must re-check at Glasgow or Kirkwall when connecting.
- Loganair recommends keeping documents, cash, valuables, medication and laptops in your cabin luggage. Check your own booking, as allowances depend on the fare and route.
