What this means at Hamburg Airport
- Airport states: "pack them in containers (max. 100 ml per container) before travelling to the airport, and place the containers in one of the prescribed transparent plastic bags with a maximum size of 20 cm x 20 cm".
- The same sentence adds that the resealable bags have a "maximum capacity of one liter".
- Security-check page: "Liquids of max. 100ml per container are to be transported in hand luggage in a bag provided for this purpose."
- "Liquid medication as well as baby and special foods that you require during a flight can also be carried in large quantities in your hand luggage."
- Hamburg says it has pre-sorting stations before the checkpoint where you can stow liquids in transparent resealable bags and dispose of unauthorised items.
