What this means at Norwich Airport

  • Airport states: LAGs must measure 100 ml / 100 g / 3.4 oz or less. The container size counts, not how full it is.
  • The bag must be clear and resealable, no larger than 20 x 20 cm (8 x 8 in), one per passenger, sealed and placed separately in the tray. The homepage notice also gives a capacity of no more than 1 litre.
  • Large electricals such as laptops must be removed and screened separately.
  • Medicines over 100 ml are allowed with a prescription label or doctor's letter. Baby food and milk are allowed in larger amounts when an infant is travelling, for the length of the flight. Expressed breast milk is allowed regardless. Ice packs are allowed with documentary evidence.
  • The page says there are currently no changes to the rules on liquids and large electrical items in hand luggage. It carries no date, and does not mention a 2-litre allowance.
  • Drinks and perfumes can be bought after security.
